Class bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the In-Studio class time and at least 2 hours before the Virtual class time.
Class Forfeited for Limited Packages:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to class start time for In-Studio & less than 2 hours prior to class start time for Virtual are considered as 'Late Cancellation' and are deducted(forfeited) from the package.
No-Shows are strictly deducted(forfeited) from the package.
Penalty for Unlimited Membership Packages:
Late cancellations are charged at $1 per late cancellation. No-shows are charged at $2 per no show.
For Unlimited Membership - In case of No-Show and/or late cancellation your online account may be suspended temporarily and your future bookings may be cancelled automatically by our booking system. Re-activation fee $10.
To avoid cancellation of your future bookings and suspension of your online account, kindly cancel your class 24 hours prior to class start time if there is any change in your schedule to allow other members on wait-list to enjoy their favorite class.
Bolly Dancing Studio reserves the right to cancel your future bookings without prior notice. Terms of use of our booking system constitutes agreement to our cancellation policy. The only objective of our policy is to allow all members a fair chance to attend classes while optimizing the studio space.
