Q: Do I need to be really fit to attend a Piloxing class? A: No! Piloxing is great for women of all fitness levels and abilities. Our qualified Piloxing trainers encourage all attendees to work at their own pace.
Q: What should I wear to my Piloxing class? A: Your normal, loose fitting or Lycra workout clothing is best. Classes are barefoot.
Q: Do I need to bring anything to class? A: Bring your water bottle and a towel.
Q: What does a Piloxing class involve? A: interval training and cardio are combined in a typical class which starts with standing Pilates, energetic hip hop, salsa and ballet dance movements and finally boxing moves.
Q: How many calories does Piloxing burn? A: It depends on you and how much effort you put in but generally it should range from 500 to 1000 calories per hour long class.
