9. The risk of loss of the Gift Certificates/Cash Vouchers is passed on to the purchaser/recipient once the Gift Certificate/Cash Voucher has been electronically transmitted or delivered. Once risk of loss is transferred, Bolly Dancing Studio will not be held responsible or liable for any happenings to the Gift Certificate/Cash Voucher, inclusive but not limited to loss, theft, damage and unauthorised usage. 10. In cases of fraud or suspected fraud, Bolly Dancing Studio reserves the right to render the Gift Certificate/Cash Voucher null and void till sufficient investigation has been carried out.
