Apply Travel Extension

At Bolly Dancing Studio, we understand that travel—whether for work or leisure—is a part of life. We're happy to offer travel extensions on eligible packages, so you don’t miss out on your sessions while you're away.

How It Works

  • You may request a package extension equivalent to your travel period, based on valid travel proof.
  • A $5 processing fee applies per extension request, so we recommend submitting one consolidated request for all travel during your package validity.
  • All requests must be made after your trip has ended and at least 7 days before your package expires.
  • Processing time: 3–5 working days. We will notify you by email.

Terms & Conditions

  • Extensions apply only to active, eligible packages listed above.
  • Requests must be submitted via the online form (documents presented in person will not be accepted).
  • Valid travel documents include: boarding passes, passport stamps, travel itineraries.
  • Extensions are strictly for travel purposes—no other reasons will be accepted.
  • Extensions will match the exact travel period (departure to arrival).
  • Forged or false documents will result in immediate cancellation of the extension and forfeiture of the membership.
  • If your package still shows as expired after processing, it is no longer valid, and remaining classes will be forfeited.
  • No refunds or replacement classes will be provided once the package expires.
  • Bolly Dancing Studio reserves the right to amend or withdraw this policy at any time without prior notice.

Alternative Option

  • If you have only a few classes remaining in a LIMITED package, you may choose to purchase a new package and have remaining classes carried forward—this option waives the $5 extension fee. You can purchase a new package at the studio, online via bank transfer, or through the BollyDancing App.

Important:
  • Apply only after the end of your trip.
  • Processing charges of $5 per extension request will be levied, so we advise you to send in ONE consolidated request for multiple travel within your package duration.
  • If you hold a LIMITED package, and have only a FEW classes remaining in your current package, you can also purchase a new package and have your remaining classes transferred/carried forward to this new package. This way you will not be required to pay the extension processing charge. You can purchase the package at the studio, online by bank transfer or even through the BollyDancing App.
