Apply Travel Extension

We are a travel-friendly Studio and we understand that you may need to travel for work or leisure. Based on Travel proof, we can allow the extension on your package so that you do not miss out on any classes. Processing charges of $5 per extension request will be levied, so we advise you to send in ONE consolidated request for all travel within your package duration. Be sure to send in your request 7 days before your package ends.

(Valid ONLY for 12 class, 24 class, 48 class, 3 months unlimited, 6 months unlimited and 1-year unlimited package)

  1. Valid only on current and active package.
  2. Travel extension not valid for any package other than the ones mentioned above.
  3. The extension will be strictly for the purpose of travel and would not be entertained for any other reason whatsoever.
  4. The maximum duration of the extension depends on the package purchased. Travel extension will be provided only for the days of travel i.e. from the date of departure to the date of arrival.
  5. Package will be extended only upon submitting valid travel proof/documents like stamps on passport (departure and arrival), itinerary, boarding pass/stubs. Please send us the request by submitting the form below and NOT by presenting the documents in person at the Studio.
  6. In case of forgery of travel proof, BollyDancing Studio reserves the right to cancel the extension and forfeit the membership package.
  7. After processing the extension if the package still reflects expired, it would no longer be a valid package and balance classes would be forfeited.
  8. There will be no refund or replacement class for any lesson once validity has expired.
  9. Bolly Dancing Studio reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend the policy without prior notice.

  • Processing charges of $5 per extension request will be levied, so we advise you to send in ONE consolidated request for multiple travel within your package duration.
  • If you hold a LIMITED package, and have only a FEW classes remaining in your current package, you can also purchase a new package and have your remaining classes transferred/carried forward to this new package. This way you will not be required to pay the extension processing charge. You can purchase the package at the studio, online by bank transfer or even through the BollyDancing App.
