Just wear something that you feel comfortable in. You can join in with bare feet for Bollywood Dance classes. For Zumba classes training shoes or dance shoes are recommended. If you would like to purchase Zumba wear and shoes for the lessons you can do so at the studio.

Classes are aimed at adults, teens & kids of all ages and fitness levels and appeal to everyone from absolute beginners to experienced dancers.

Our classes are about movement and exercise while leearning choreography so you are working out and learning a new dance style as well. The focus is on dance fitness and the classes are designed to offer varied levels of workout challenges, from moderate exercise to more energetic cardio routines.
